Our Mission
The Outer Haven Foundation is a youth drug prevention organization whose mission is to help save young people's lives through education and programs that create an awareness of the dangers associated with using drugs. We believe America’s youth have to be made aware of the most dangerous problem facing them. Today that problem is fentanyl.
